Shane Ryan, a son of the late aviation tycoon Tony Ryan, is the new owner of the Lyons Demesne, documents filed in the Registry of Deeds show. Ryan, who operates stud farms in Kildare and Kentucky, bought the estate from his brother Declan and the executors of his late father’s estate in October 2016.
