Can you escape Vault 101 without killing?
The game offers a pacifist option. All you have to do is run from (or sneak past) the guards (I always run, I never kill anyone in the vault 101 intro scene besides some radroaches). The game even facilitates this by distracting the first guard with some radroaches attacking him (so we have time to just run).
Can you get into Vault 101 again?
The Only way to get back into the vault is when you receive a new radio channel saying “vault 101 distress signal”, then when you listen to it you hear Amata asking you to come back and she also tells you the password.
