After disconnecting and reconnecting the actuator I was able to get the switch panel to light up again. After rapping on the transfer case motor and pushing two high it finally kicked out and went into 2H. While in two high i was able to switch in between 2H and AWD. While in AWD i shut off engine. truck shook and it knock me back down into 4LO.
