Will Call Kiosks are located at the front gate of Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Guests can pick their tickets up at the park they intend to visit first. Guest swipes credit card with same last name as their confirmation. Guest enters confirmation number and/or phone number.
Can I get a refund from Universal Studios?

Can you show Universal Studios tickets on your phone?
Guests can now simply click “My Tickets” on the app and a scannable QR code will appear that can be used at the turnstiles. The QR code will only work if the tickets are purchased through the mobile app (not online) using the same phone that tickets were purchased.
How do I pick up Universal tickets?

- Buy online and pick up your tickets at one of our convenient Kiosk Ticketing Machines upon arrival at the park.

At Universal Studios Orlando, visitors can stay at one of the three hotels located on site. The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Hard Rock Hotel are all located within walking distance of CityWalk and both theme parks in the resort.
Is Universal Studios parking free?
There are just two areas in which you can get free parking near Universal Studios Hollywood. Sadly, both of these parking areas are limited to a 2 hour period. So if you plan on spending more than 2 hours at Universal Studios Hollywood (which I hope you do!) this sadly won’t be suitable.
