How long can I freeze my 24 Hour Fitness account?
All 24 Hour Fitness memberships were placed on a freeze when gyms closed on April 16, 2020. When gyms reopen in your area and your membership is reactivated, you have the option to request an additional one-month courtesy freeze if you’re not ready to come back to the gym.

Simply log into your My24 account. Navigate your way to the freeze membership section. If you are a monthly payment member, you may choose the one-month courtesy freeze option. You may also choose to put the membership on hold for an extended period while still on the monthly payment plan until you are ready to return.
