Is 1366 x 768 resolution good for gaming?
I play games on my Lenovo Y470 which has a 1366×768 resolution screen and graphics looks fine to me. However, if you are going to play games at 1366×768 resolution on a 1920×1080 resolution monitor and have the graphics stretched to fill the screen, then you will loose a bit of quality and sharpness.
Is 768p good for gaming?
Honorable. The way it looks will depends on the monitor and game, most games will run great and look good at that resolution but if it bugs you that much you may as well get a decent 24 inch 1080p monitor, the ASUS models (while not IPS) are some of the best picture quality I have seen for about $120.
