How spicy is Nongshim Shin Ramyun?
The broth is really spicy— it’s a lot spicier than I would’ve expected and it’s got a very distinct peppery taste with a hint of garlic. I’d give it about an 8 on my spice scale. The noodles on their own have a slight sweetness to them so it helps counteract the spiciness of the broth which I love!
