Why is my book under review at Valore books?
When I sold it to ValoreBooks, they emailed me saying, “Your book is currently under review as it exhibited characteristics that indicate that it may be counterfeit.” However, they provided no further indication as to what those “characteristics” were. They *said* they are sending it to the publisher for review, which may take 1-3 months. WTF???

Valore has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The only phone number I found for them, which is to their main office, has an automated message directing you to the website. Their lack of customer service and the ability to speak to an actual person is what’s really screwing over their reviews.
