No, you cannot swim in La Paz Waterfall, but the guests staying at Peace Lodge are able to swim in the pool on property.
Can you see La Paz Waterfall from the road?
If you’re up for it after visiting the wildlife exhibits, you can walk the property’s 2.2 miles (3.5 km) of hiking trails. These lead to a series of five waterfalls. The last one, located at the lowest point on the property, is La Paz Waterfall. This also can be viewed from the main road (Route 126).
Can you swim La Fortuna Waterfall?
Yes, you can swim in the La Fortuna waterfall. However, the water is cold! And the current is super strong where the water falls into the pool, so make sure to stay by the rocks (like the people in the photo). Do not swim further out into the pool closer to the cascade.
